Terms of service

Last updated October 25, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you (and the company you use Tour Runner for) and Tour Runner LLC. By using Tour Runner you agree to them.

Draft for review. These terms will be reviewed by an attorney before Tour Runner's general launch.

Your account

Accounts belong to companies. The person who opens a company account is its owner and decides who is invited and what each person can do. Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

Your schedules, people, documents, photos and records stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run Tour Runner for you, including making backups and sending the notices you set up. You're responsible for having the right to add the information you put in, including other people's details.

The shared venue library

Venue and facility facts you add or confirm (docks, power, rigging, capacity, venue contacts, photos and tech packs) become part of the venue library that all Tour Runner customers use, and you give us a lasting, royalty-free license to keep, improve and share that venue information with them. This never includes crew personal details, money, or anything you mark private, and you always have use of the whole library while your account is open.

Using Tour Runner fairly

  • Don't use it to break the law, harass anyone or send spam.
  • Don't try to get into other companies' information, overload the service, or copy or resell it.
  • Text messages and emails sent through Tour Runner must go to people who expect them, and they must be able to stop them.

We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk, and we'll tell you why when we can.

Plans and payment

Plans and prices are shown before you choose a plan. Paid plans are billed to your company in advance, in US dollars, at the price shown when you choose the plan. You can change or cancel your plan; it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects you. Travel booked through Tour Runner is also subject to the airline's or hotel's own rules and fees.

Travel and third-party services

Flights, hotels, texting, email and payments are provided by other companies. We pass along what's needed to book or send, but we aren't responsible for an airline's schedule changes, a hotel's policies or another service's outages. Check important travel details with the airline or hotel.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Tour Runner available and your information safe, and we'll keep improving it, which sometimes means changing or retiring features. Day sheets and records you've opened stay on your phone when you're offline, but always confirm critical show-day details with your team.

Ending your account

You can close your company's account at any time. Before you do, you can export your records. We may close accounts that break these terms. After closing, we delete or anonymize your information as described in our privacy policy.

Disclaimers and limits

Tour Runner is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or missed shows, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. If we change them in a meaningful way, we'll tell account owners before the change takes effect. Questions: [email protected].
