Day sheets and schedule changes you approve

Build the day, send the day sheet, and approve a time change so it reaches only the people it affects. · 1:33

Every day has a schedule: load-in, sound check, doors, the sets and the curfew.

Each time can be for everyone, for one department, or for one person.

The day sheet is built from that schedule, plus the venue, the hotel, travel and the bus.

The pill tells you where each sheet stands: draft, sent, or changes to send.

View as shows exactly what one department sees.

Or one person. Rafael, our front-of-house engineer, sees his times and nothing he doesn't need.

This sheet already went out, and then load-in moved from ten A M to ten thirty.

Nothing was sent yet. The change waits for you, old and new side by side.

When you send it, Tour Runner works out who that time touches.

Only those people get the alert, on their phone, by text, or by email – whatever they chose.

The Approvals page is your one queue.

Schedule changes, guest requests – like this late one – and sheets for the next few days that haven't gone out.

Nothing about the schedule reaches the crew until you say so.
