This is Tour Runner, the one place for everything a tour runs on.

Schedules, travel, buses and trucks, crew, and the money all live on the same tour.

Today shows what needs you: a schedule change to send, guest requests, travel waiting for your OK, and receipts.

Every tour is a run of days.

Show days, travel days, a day off. Each one carries its venue, schedule, hotel and travel.

Across the top are the tabs: Day sheets, Travel, Vehicles and drives, Settlements, Stage and inputs, the Tour book, and more.

Day sheets are built from the schedule, and nothing reaches the crew until you approve it.

When a time moves, the change waits here, with the old time and the new one side by side.

Send it, and it goes only to the people that time affects.

Travel holds flights, hotels, rides and charters for the whole party.

Buses and trucks get the same care: who supplies them, who rides where, and who to call.

Settlement night is worked out step by step, and both sides sign right on the sheet.

And the tour book prints the whole run with your logo, one day per page.

The rest of these videos take each part one at a time.

Start with day sheets, or jump to the part you need.
