Travel keeps every flight, hotel, ride and charter for the whole party, day by day.
Most travel starts as confirmations in someone's inbox.
Drop a stack of them here – PDFs, screenshots or emails – or forward them to the tour's own travel address.
Tour Runner reads each one and lines it up by person and date.
Each line says how sure it is, flags anything that looks already booked, and names what's missing.
Nothing lands on anyone's itinerary until a manager accepts it.
Here the planner found flights home for six people inside the tour's fare limit.
One approval books the whole group. In this demo the fares are samples, so nothing is charged.
Rooms fill automatically, shared by department if you like.
The rooming list comes out the way hotels ask for it: CSV, Excel, or a printout.
Charters carry the operator, tail number, FBO and wheels-up time.
The manifest is names only. Tour Runner never stores passport numbers.
And the flight grid shows everyone's legs at a glance, ready to export.
