Merch counts and the nightly settlement
Items and sizes, the nightly count on a phone, venue fees and settling the night. · 1:13
Transcript
Merch has its own tab, with every item and every size.
Each size keeps its stock, and you'll see a warning before you run low.
Each night, counting happens on a phone, with big plus and minus buttons.
The start count carries over from last night's end count.
Count what came in, what was comped, and what's left. Tour Runner works out what sold.
If a count doesn't add up, it's flagged before anything is settled.
The night's terms: sales tax, the venue's fee on soft goods and hard goods, and card fees.
Gross, fees and the net are worked out for you.
When every size is counted, settle the night with the venue rep's name.
The merch settlement prints for the venue, and the tour totals add up night after night.
The night's net lands on the tour budget automatically.
