Every show gets a settlement. Atlanta and North Charleston are settled and signed.
Fayetteville is still open, so let's settle it.
This is a guarantee versus eighty-five percent of net. Flat deals, door deals and percentage deals work the same way.
Enter the ticket levels: price, sold, and comps.
Then what comes off the top, and the venue and production expenses – capped or actual.
Watch the settlement on the right. It works the math step by step, exactly like a promoter's sheet.
Bonuses, the deposit and withholding are all in there, and every line adds up.
When the numbers are agreed, the promoter's rep and the tour manager sign right here.
If anyone changes a number after that, the signatures clear, so a signed sheet always means what it says.
The PDF is ready for the promoter, and a CSV for your accountant.
And the result lands on the tour budget by itself, next to flights, hotels and per diems.
