Every tour has its key people: the tour manager, the production manager, the stage manager and the promoter reps.
Each position adds the tools that job needs, on top of the person's normal login.
Ivy is the stage manager. She runs the stage and the show times.
The running order lays out the night: doors, the support set, changeover, the headliner, encore and curfew.
Live show mode is made for the side of the stage.
A big clock, what's next, and a countdown.
One tap logs the real time, and it shows how early or late it ran.
Walk-up calls – fifteen minutes, five minutes, and to the stage now – go straight to the artist's people.
And she sees a curfew warning before it's too late.
At a venue with only a few docks, the stage manager sets the dock schedule: which truck, which dock, what time.
The drivers see their own slot on their phones.
Ben, the production manager, gets the production dashboard.
Every department, its crew, what's still missing from the advance, rigging, and the venue's own production people.
Promoter reps get a secure link to their own shows only.
They see the show details, the guest list and the settlement, and they can sign it – nothing else.
